An engineering leadership program built from scratch
We partnered with a fast-growing startup to define and strengthen their engineering culture through a multi-day experiential leadership program targeted at their most promising individual contributor engineers.

A virtual manager skill development journey
We partnered with a fully remote startup to bring to life their newly-minted manager competencies. Through a series of manager workshops, application sessions, and peer coaching, we built skills and applied the tools and frameworks that enabled managers to step up and meet higher expectations.

Leadership team coaching and leadership principles to shift org culture
We partnered with the leadership team for an 8,000 person org at a large tech company to 1) build a "first team" mentality, develop trust, and clarify norms; and 2) debate, align on, and communicate a set of leadership principles that represented a critical shift in how the organization operated. Our work involved activating a network of partners and champions from within the function, HR, and comms to communicate the principles, articulate concrete principled behavior through stories and examples, and operationalize the principles through process and program redesign.
